Plumber, Robert demonstrated extensive knowledge & was extremely helpful in evaluating the issue. Although it was concluded that a different tradesman was needed, he didn't stop there. He took the time to explain his reasoning & offered guidance on what to communicate with the next professional. Moving forward, I'll be relying on Drain Wizard for all my plumbing needs.

So happy we found the Drain Wizards!! No run around, no games, no astronomical pricing - just pure professionalism and hard work on a big job they just did for us. They replaced cracked sewer line and addressed drainage issues in our 127 year old home. There is more work to do which they’re going to assist with but this major project being done gave us so much peace of mind knowing it is taken care.

I had an emergency due to a water leak from a frozen pipe, Robert was very friendly and had a great sense of humor which I appreciate! First, he got to my house in under an hour and quickly was able to assess the damage and fix the leak while also giving me great advice incase of a future leak! They are responsive, thorough, and take time to explain things to ensure we understand both the work that will be done and why it is necessary. Awesome service! Great to work with and professional. We had been having issues with our pressure regulator and various other valves after moving in. Went through a couple plumbers before finding Drain Wizard Plumbing. Thanks to them it is finally fixed right and we aren’t stressed about it! Definitely going to them first in the future.

I highly recommend Drain Wizard to anyone who needs a great plumber! Recently we had an emergency: our sewer main got clogged, the toilet overflowed and the basement was flooded with sewer water. We discovered the problem at 3 am. I called Drain Wizard and they came right away. They got rid of the clog and immediately arranged for the remediation company to drain water from our basement, remove the damaged flooring and clean everything up. Most importantly, they identified the source of the problem (the collapsed house trap and old corroded cast iron pipes) and fixed it. The team is very knowledgeable and professional. They are very responsive and very easy to work with, the invoicing and payment is straightforward and the prices are fair and reasonable. It was a pleasure working with them, I cannot recommend them enough!

Rob was wonderful to work with! We had him check our water heater, and repair a leaky old tub faucet for us. Service was professional and personable. Our faucet was repaired quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be calling Drain Wizard when our water pump heater will need to be replaced. He also gave us a lot of great advice and showed how knowledgable he is about the setups in these old houses on our side of town.

Don't know what I would have done without them. Just bought my first home and a bad inspection has left me with a basement that leaks whenever I used water. James handled most of the repair and was so kind to take the time to explain both how the system worked, and what was happening with mine in particular, while also just being so friendly and upbeat! Robert was incredible thoughtful in understanding my new homeownership has me with limited funds and recommended a path that got the problem resolved and gave me breathing room for a larger update later. I ran my first shower in my new home today with a dry basement, and I couldn't be more grateful. This is a communicative, down to earth, and truly professional team I can't recommend enough

They installed a new water heater, completed two boiler inspections, and also diagnosed and fixed a heating issue—and every part of the process was smooth and professional. The team was reliable, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish, and I really appreciated their streamlined system for cost estimates, invoicing, and payments—it made everything simple and stress-free. They’re outgoing, respectful, and clearly take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to others. They have become my go to plumbers.
